Commissioning and installation services

Our services are provided by our skilled self-driven service engineers that utilises the collected competences from our service team members’ many years of experience – this to ensure that each service engineer never meets a challenge alone and always has backup from his colleagues.

Besides the onsite service activities, we can – due to our size – guarantee that at least one service engineer is available 24/7 to service our priority customers in case of an emergency. We are always ready to provide remote assist, or – if necessary – travel to your VRU in case remote assistance does not solve the problem.

Our present Service team is based on 7 highly motivated service engineers with an experience level within Cool Sorption spanning from 5 years to +25 years (11 years on average). Our experience combined with direct access to our engineering department means that we are also capable of advising our customers regarding retrofit and upgrade possibilities to ensure a continuously high safety and reliability level.

Installation_Commissioning

Even the best prepared can come in a situation where an unforeseen critical incident happen. If your VRU is down, it is important for us that you can trust us to be doing our best to get your VRU back in operation as fast as possible. Therefore we are proud that our customers are highly satisfied with our Hotline services.

Periodic Remote On-line Surveys – for customers where unplanned downtime is expensive

We would like to add our new service introduced in the beginning of 2015, Remote On-line Surveys. This service is designed as a supplement to the periodic on-site maintenance visits even if these are executed 1 or 4 times per year.

With this service we are regularly – with your permission – logged onto your VRU control system to make a system survey and a status report. This service gives the advantage that we can identify deviations before they turn into real incidents. Minor adjustment can be made online and major incidents can result in an immediate emergency call-out.

Secondly we feel that we are able to give a much better service, when we are going on-site, since our online surveys give us the opportunity to advice in advance of necessary replacement parts or just ensure that we are well prepared for the next service visit.

Preventive and Predictive Maintenance add-ons

We have for a longer period offered our customers different preventive or predictive maintenance measurements and calibrations for the VRU’s equipment to ensure safety/process requirements are fulfilled or to avoid unplanned downtime. We would like to extend these services in the future.

Preventive Maintenance

Some of the services that we can offer:

  • Periodic replacement and extern calibration of safety valves – to ensure that safety and legislation requirements are met.
  • On-site Pressure transmitter calibration with accredited instrument – to avoid process failures and to ensure economical operation of the VRU.
  • On-site Vibration measurement on VRU pumps – to predict in due time when to plan for overhaul.

Lifecycle Management – Proactive advices to be well prepare for budgetting the maintenance cost

We would like to offer our vast competence within VRUs and the knowledge we have gained by servicing VRUs for the last 30 years. Since the technology and legislation requirement is constantly changing and the life time of the used components is getting shorter and shorter, it is a good idea to consult us for opportunities to make modifications, increase of capacity or just replace equipment that is obsolete.
